**You are agreeing to these terms when you use our "For Sale By Owner" services.

A: Advertisement

  • GGFSBO.com is a method for advertising properties that are for sale by owner.
  • If the party selling is a licensed real estate agent or broker, this must be disclosed in the description section of the Internet property listing.
  • The information for property advertisement is provided by the seller or other third party sources and will not be verified and is not guaranteed. GGFSBO takes NO responsibility for the accuracy of the information given to us by the seller. The owner of the property is also responsible for finding typing errors, misinformation or misprints and is further responsible for contacting GGFSBO if information on the web site is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • The buyer is responsible for independently verifying all information for accuracy.

B: Email

  • When signing up for a "For Sale By Owner" advertisement we ask you to provide us with an email address. We require an email address solely for the purpose of communicating details to you regarding customer service.
  • We do not sell our customers' email addresses to direct marketers like many of our competitors. We do NOT endorse or promote this type of solicitation. If you feel your email address is being abused because of the exposure on our site, please contact us immediately!

C: End-Of-Service Policies

  • The owner is responsible for contacting GGFSBO when the property is no longer "For Sale By Owner" for the following reasons:
    1. When closing of the property occurs
    2. If the property is listed with a real estate agent
  • GGFSBO will mark a property as “sold” and/or “sold pending” on the advertisement after the owner contacts us. It is the customer’s responsibility to expressly state that they do not wish for the property to continue to appear on the listing results page.

D: Sign Policies

  • Yard Sign Underground Utility Policy: During installation, GGFSBO does not accept responsibility for damage to underground utilities resulting from placement of yard sign. If the owner has not marked a place for the yard sign, GGFSBO will use best judgment regarding the sign placement. (Digger's hotline 800-922-0983)

E: General Web Site Standards of Practice

  • GGFSBO also has the right to remove any advertisement if it holds questionable material, links to other web sites, any other controversial material, or if the advertisement has produced complaints from individuals who use the web site.
